Heart Blooming Space

Saturday, July 18, Day of Practice on Zoom

Co-hosted by One Heart Zen, Monmouth Zen Circle, and Sweeping Heart Zen

Everyone is welcome!

There will be three meditation sessions.  One in the morning. One in the afternoon.  And one in the evening.  Each session will have three, half-hour seated meditations.  There will be 10-minute “breaks” of mindful motion (walking, standing, Qi Gong, Yoga) in-between each period of seated meditation.

You are welcome to participate in the entire schedule or any part thereof.

The idea is, as we are able, to create an entire day of meditation and contemplative awareness practice.

Participants are encouraged to plan in a period of silent work (cleaning, gardening, cooking); silent mindful meals; a mindful walk around the neighborhood or in the woods, time for ourselves to be with everything and ourselves.
